ESSEXGIRLS (53)
I have a British-born aunt who lives in St. Louis. We correspond once a year around the winter holidays. In my most recent email I told her that I’ve been watching a lot of BBC television via the Internet and have noticed that Brits on panel shows know a lot about cultural stereotypes in various regions of the United States. I know comparatively little about British stereotypes, though based on BBC references I’ve deduced that Essex is sort of a counterpart of the Jersey Shore. My aunt wouldn’t confirm the comparison, but she shared her impressions of Kent, Yorkshire, and some other areas of the United Kingdom. I later learned that the British version of Jersey Shore involves the Geordies of Newcastle.
EXCITEBIKE (75)
The inflated fill score is based on an assumption that EXCITEBIKE represents a memorable video game franchise. I was never good at it, but I have fond memories of the game and the time period in which it debuted in arcades.
